Special Cocopandan Kopyor Ice Recipe

One of the typical Indonesian drinks that is loved by almost everyone is Es Kopyor. From the texture, at first glance the kopyor ingredients in this drink are similar to real young coconut meat but are a little more chewy.

Ingredients for making ice kopyor:


300 gr coconut milk

300 ml Water

1 pack of white jelly

50 gr sugar

tsp salt

Ice cubes as needed


Complementary:


  • 100 gr young coconut meat
  • 150 gr nata de coco
  • 300 ml young coconut water
  • 100 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 100 ml cocopandan syrup
  • Ice cubes as needed


How to make:


Kopyor: pour water and coconut milk into a saucepan then add the agar-agar, sugar and salt, cook while stirring until it boils. Lift.


Pour the dough spoonful by spoon over the ice cubes until the dough freezes, take the kopyor from the ice cubes using a fork.


Prepare a serving glass, arrange in it young coconut meat, nata de coco, kopyor and pour young coconut water. Add ice cubes, sweetened condensed milk and cocopandan syrup, serve cold.
